Brief: Nicole is a registered dietitian with a nutrition and consulting practice to aid clients in developing a healthy relationship with food and life. 

Nicole and her husband owned and operated their restaurant - Clean Plate Kitchen - that has been thriving for about 7 years in their area of Clinton, NJ. However as Nicole, her 2 girls, and her husband step into a new decade her brand called for something different.

The want and need to run a busy restaurant in this day and age wasn’t her passion or her mission anymore. Balancing the body, mind, and spirit with healing foods, counseling, and lots of positive vibes is really what Nicole is all about!

Nourish to Heal is a prepared food service delivery option for people that want to eat healthy & conveniently.
